The Tomatin Distillery, steeped in tradition since 1897, has lent its exquisite 12-year-old whisky to infuse our fudge with a soft, maltiness that is simply divine. We invite you to savour this unique creation a harmonious blend of whisky heritage and sweet indulgence.
GLENCADAM DISTILLERY
For Glencadam, we create their Glencadam Whisky Fudge using Glencadam Reserva PX (Pedro Ximénez) — a whisky chosen not for impact, but for balance. Its deep dried-fruit sweetness, gentle spice, and rounded finish integrate seamlessly into our traditional fudge, enhancing rather than overpowering it. The result is a product where neither the whisky nor the confection dominates; instead, each elevates the other.
The fudge is sold in 100g bags, offering customers a refined taste of Glencadam beyond the glass. A complementary piece of fudge is also served alongside every coffee or tea in the distillery café — a small but considered moment of hospitality that reflects Glencadam’s attention to detail and generosity of spirit.

Our very first collaboration with the Glen Grant Distillery, located in the idyllic Speyside town of Rothes, Scotland. Glen Grant is one of the top five best-selling distilleries in the world. Their single malt Scotch whisky is both highly acclaimed and a powerhouse for the production of single malt used in Chivas Blends. With a rich history dating back to 1840, Glen Grant continues to create exceptional whiskies that delight connoisseurs worldwide.
