Kinnaird Kitchen was established in July 2021 and we produce handmade luxury confectionery made in small batches, using our family recipe which is over 100 years old.
Kinnaird Kitchen is located in the original pantry of Kinnaird Castle on the picturesque Southesk Estate on the outskirts of the cathedral city of Brechin, Scotland.

We use nothing but the finest ingredients from local British farms. Our sugar, butter, whole milk and condensed milk are all natural and fresh. No artificial flavourings or preservatives are added to our confectionery.

Crafted with love and skill:
We follow the classic recipes and techniques of confectionery making. We use heavy bottomed pans to cook the mixture to the perfect consistency and marble cooling tables to set the confectionery to the ideal texture. Each piece of confectionery is a bite of heaven.
